If you haven’t noticed by now, I love wearing color. While my older sister has always had a closet full of black, white and neutral shades, mine has always been filled with just about every color in the rainbow. For years I’ve been trying to get her to step out of her comfort zone and wear more color.
However, since joining the working world and as I’ve worked on refining my style over the years, the tables have turned. I’ve learned that a black and white outfit can actually be super chic, classic and even a little fun – no bright colors needed – just a fun print an a bow or two like these fun shoes.
So if you’re someone who doesn’t like wearing color and you have a pesky little sister like me who tries to get you our of your style comfort zone, try starting with a fun black and white print – polka dots and stripes are a great place to start.
