I wore this MISA maxi dress all summer long, from a romantic dinner in Bora Bora to running errands around the city, maxi dresses are so easy and comfortable This dress in particular is one of my absolute favorite pieces from this summer and I’m really not ready to put it away! In typical fashion, I restyled it to suit the cooler temps and give it a “fall-like” look by adding some long sleeves and a little bit of suede. You can do this with just about any maxi, midi or even mini dress in your own closet that you want to wear into the fall season!
When picking a cardigan or sweater to go over your dress, I suggest finding one that is a bit cropped so it hits you right above your hips. This gives you a high waisted look and kind of turns your dress into a skirt. As for a belt, I always like a wider style because It sinches in the waist a bit more. The camel belt I’m wearing was one of my most worn accessories. It just goes with everything! Since I get so much use out of it, I’m thinking about buying this one in grey and this one in black so I have more options to create more similar looks like this one!
