Body Love by Kelly Leveque: I’ve heard so many people rave about this book and all of the wisdom that Kelly has to share about food that simplifies eating well. I’ve already started reading this book in bits and pieces and even tried out some of her amazing smoothie recipes but need to sit down and read it in full!
The Gospel According to Coco Chanel by Karen Karbo: This is just something kind of silly and fun that I love to read on planes when I’m traveling. I have always been fascinated by Coco Chanel and how she became such an icon. I have actually been very surprised by some of the things I’ve read about her in this book. If you’re a fashion lover like me this is a fun read!
Girl Stop Apologizing By Rachel Hollis: I listened to the audio book of Girl Wash Your Face and was OBSESSED. I listen to the RISE podcast almost every morning so needless to say I can’t wait for this to come out in May – yes I’ve already pre ordered it! I’m definitely someone who over-apologizes and puts unnecessary blame on myself so I know this book is going to be incredibly impactful on me.
The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman:ย Ryan’s mom gave this to me for Christmas and I’m so excited to read it. I have always referred to the idea of “Love Languages” but I’ve never actually read all about them. Ryan and I know each other very well after 10 years of dating but there is still a lot we are learning about each other as we get used to living together and prepare for marriage. I think this book will help both of us understand how to be better partners for one another.
Liver Rescue – Medical Medium By: My mom just picked this book up for me the other week! If you read yesterday’s post, you know that I recently started to suffer for eczema all over my legs. I’ve been trying to figure out what’s causing it for the past 5 months and still have not definite answers. I’m hoping this book can shed some light on things I can do to help alleviate my eczema.
