Fall Decor Favorites

I’ve been wasting no time getting our home ready for fall with cozy blankets, pillows, candles and pumpkins! After several trips to target and a week of scouring the internet for the best fall decor I’m excited to share my favorite items that I’ve found so far! I’ve been on the look out for everything from front door decor to items you can add to your kitchen and tablescape and tried to group items together in the round up above.

When it comes to buying fall decor, I like to pick pieces that I can keep out from September through Thanksgiving so you’ll notice that the items I’ve included have more of an “Autumnal harvest” feel as opposed to a Halloween/pumpkin patch look and feel. I also love finding brass or gold pieces that I can use during the holiday season as well!

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo and summer with these super easy spicy strawberry margaritas! 🍓 Enjoy!!

Strawberry Sauce
2 cups strawberries
6 Tbsp simple suryp

The Cocktail
1/2 a lime’s worth of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce triple sec
2 ounces tequila
1/2 cup strawberry sauce
Jalapeño

Strawberries, limes, jalapeño and sugar or salt for garnish!

Always on the hunt for cute tops that are Mom life friendly and this one is a winner. I’m loving this bright and cheery orange color for summer too 🍑

This brass tube vase makes the perfect centerpiece for a long dining table or console! 💐 I filled it with yellow, pink and white faux spring florals but you can use real flowers! How pretty would some tulips look?! There are so many ways you can fill this piece. A few tips to get this look:

Pick three colors to work with
Pick two statement flowers
Pick three “filler” florals or greenery
Cut your faux floral stems to get a variety of lengths.

I like using faux florals because you can easily manipulate the direction of the stems to get a more wildflower look. Also, they’re easier to keep alive 😉

We moved Max out of the nursery into his big boy room over the weekend and my heart sinks a little every time I walk in here realizing it’s not his room anymore but also feeling excited for all the memories we’ll make in this room with our little girl so soon. Motherhood is such a strange mix of emotions and I’m feeling allll of them these days 😭🥰❤️
