ย I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Ryan and I had such a great, relaxing long weekend with both our families and friends. We are so excited to be celebrating our first holiday season in our new home so we got all our Christmas decorations up this past weekend as well! With Thanksgiving so late this year, I feel like we’re diving right into the holiday craziness and I already feel so behind! Not only do I still have a lot of gift shopping to do, I need to figure out what I’m going to wear to all of our upcoming holiday events and celebrations! I always love going with super festive looks and the easiest way to achieve that is with a little holiday plaid.
Whether you’re celebrating the holidays with friends or family, at home, at the office or at a restaurant you can never go wrong with a little holiday plaid. Just like gingham in the summer, a red or green plaid is a winter wardrobe essential. The outfit I’m wearing in today’s post is perfect for a holiday office look or a casual holiday dinner with friends. You could also swap out my jeans for a cute black skirt to dress it up a little!
