GIRLS NIGHT GLAM
Outfit Details: J.Crew Vest (Similar here), Zara Pants (Similar here), Loft Top (Old, similar here and here) Sam Edelman Shoes, Gucci Bag
I was very hesitant to wear this outfit and even more hesitant to post it because it is pretty out there even for me, but Ryan insisted that I didn’t look like a grandma. I pulled this look together kind of on accident and out of desperation to be as comfortable as possible for girls night.
I was so sick of wearing tight pants all week and happened to have these wide leg pants over at Ryans place where I was getting ready. (Ryan and I are in the process of moving in together so my closet is all over the place!) Since it was to cold for a skirt I decided they were my best bet for being comfortable. Yes, I think skirts and dresses are 100x more comfortable than pants.
The rest of the look came together with a few random items I had over at Ryans that seemed to match aka all black with a pop of leopard and pink. As I’ve mentioned, I’m love fur vests and had my eye on this one for the longest time. I got it from my mom for Christmas and have looked for every opportunity to wear it since.
These shoes were a recent purchase and I am so in love with them. I figured if I was going to look over the top, I might as well just go all out.
Anyways, I definitely ended up looking a little over the top for our girls night but I was so incredibly comfortable. We went to the cutest place in Bucktown called Hot Chocolate. If you’re from Chicago, you’ve probably heard of this place. They had the MOST incredible hot chocolate in the world along with some really delicious Mac and Cheese. It was so nice to finally get together with all of my friends now that things have settled down. We caught up on just about everything including all the wedding planning details. I hope to have an update to share with everyone soon! 🙂
