Boyyyy has life changed since I started The Lovely Lo Down a little over five years ago! As life changed, so did my style, interests, priorities, routines and so much more along with the world we live in, the way we shop and the way we share with others. All of these changes have brought new challenges, opportunities, ideas and dreams for how I can share my passion for style, home decor, beauty and so much more with you all. Thus, I am so excited to introduce you to the next chapter of this blog, The LTD Edit!
The decision to make this change has been bittersweet. The Lovely Lo Down will always have a special place in my heart and was so fitting for my life and all the things I’ve shared over the past 5 years. However, I’m so excited about the ideas, plans, hopes and dreams I have for The LTD Edit. The meaning behind this new name and blog is two fold.
For those of you who don’t know me formally, my maiden name is Lauren Decraene and my married name is Lauren Trzaska so, LTD is a play on my old and new initials. As I’m sure most of you do know, LTD is a shortened word for Limited. The word Limited has always been a guiding principle when creating content for this space since the beginning. I know how easy it is to get overwhelmed with endless options in every aspect of life and social media can make that even more challenging. My goal has always been to help simplify your options by offering a very curated selection of my favorites in fashion, beauty, home decor and lifestyle and I plan to continue to do that in new ways with The LTD Edit. My #1 priority with The LTD Edit is ensure that everything I share is limited (LTD) to the things I truly love, use, enjoy and believe in! In the spirit of keeping things LTD I will keep this introduction short and sweet knowing what a busy week it is for all!
BUT before I go I just want to say thank you to everyone who has followed along and offered encouragement and support over the past 5 years. It means the world to me and I’m so excited to continue sharing the things I love with you all!
